Whoever is the technical brains behind this revamp should be shot or fired or both. Destra paid for an established site and in one brilliant move they have turned it into a white elephant, although the new colour scheme now at least has it back to normal elephant colour.
You don't switch across the entire site to a "beta" testing platform, you run both side by side to iron out all the bugs before you switch across. Clearly there was minimal if any testing or feedback done before the change. The resetting of passwords via email was clearly never checked properly to ensure that web based mail didn't automatically flag it as spam, the first dozen attempts I made to retrieve my password never came through, I had to use the reset email address function hidden away in one of the forums, this stuff needs to be on the login page not in one thread. Put some sort of notice up giving instructions for resetting your account, it's no wonder this place is a ghost town.
This stuff is common fucking sense.
